Terms & Conditions

• All prices are wholesale, FOB Keene, Texas, and subject to change without notice.

• First order must be paid in advance; freight collect. Credit cards may be used as a method of advance payment. Net 30-day terms are available for reorders, subject to credit approval. A 3% fee will be added when credit cards are use to pay Net-30 invoices.

• Opening order minimum is $500.00, reorder minimum is $100.00. Orders under the minimum, if accepted, will be charged a $10.00 special handling fee.

• All claims for damaged goods must be made against the delivering carrier, shortage claims, and concealed damage claims must be made in writing to the delivering carrier within 7 days of shipment.

• No returns accepted without our prior authorization. All returns must be freight prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
